| Reception |
| From the moment you enter 5th avenue, our staff will do their utmost to provide you with an excellent level of service and ensure your comfort and enjoyment throughout your visit. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need a treatment explained to you in further detail. |
| Cancellations |
| A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or package not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge |
| Spa etiquette |
| Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We appreciate you turning off your mobile phone whilst in the spa. |
| Health Conditions |
| Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your reservation. |
| Arrival |
| Please require at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This gives us time to complete consultations if necessary and also gives you time to relax |
| Valuables |
| Whilst lockers are provided for spa guests, the management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought into 5th avenue |
| Gift vouchers |
| We have an extensive range of gift vouchers available to include half and full day spa experiences. We also have a range of products and gift sets available for purchase from 5th avenue. |

| We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change without prior notice. |
